Payment Methods

At Gotsmokes.co, we offer secure and convenient payment options to enhance your shopping experience:

• Interac e-Transfer: A widely used and secure method for Canadian customers.
• Bitcoin: For those who prefer cryptocurrency transactions.
• Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards through our third-party processor, Wert.io.

Please note that all orders must be prepaid using the available payment methods on our website to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process.

Credit Card Payments:

We use Wert.io as a 3rd party secure payment gateway for credit card transactions.  Wert.io is a FIAT to CRYPTO onboarding platform.  

For this option, you will be purchasing USDC with your selected payment method and that digital asset will be instantaneously delivered to us if the transaction is approved.

To pay with your credit card:

1. Select “Credit Card” at Checkout: Choose this option as your payment method and agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Checkout.”
2. Redirect to Wert.io Widget: You’ll be directed to the Wert.io payment page to complete your transaction.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enter your mobile number to receive a code via text message from Wert. Enter the code within five minutes to proceed.
4. Confirm Purchase Amount: Review the purchase price (in USD or EUR) and note the USDC conversion amount, which will include a 5% transaction fee by Wert.io.
5. Enter Card Details and Pay: Enter your card information and confirm. Depending on your card type, you may be asked for additional 3D Secure (3D Verification) authentication.
6. Order Confirmation: Once complete, you’ll receive an email notification with the status of your order.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and discreetly:

• Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship within Canada.
• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped discreetly and securely through Xpresspost™ via Canada Post.
• Processing Time: Orders placed and paid for before noon (12:00 PM PST) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
• Delivery Time: Xpresspost™ typically delivers within 2-3 business days to most major cities. Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Shipping Costs: Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $18 applies.

Order Modifications

Due to our fulfillment system, we cannot add or remove items from your order after payment. If you wish to add more products, please place a new order.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for Canada Post to update their system with your tracking information.
